Parking
Hyatt Regency Crystal City at Reagan National Airport offers valet parking only at a rate of $27 per day, with unlimited in and out privileges.  In addition, there are three adjacent self parking garages with the rates from $5 to $15 per day.  Talk to your Event Sales Manager about discounted rates.

Transportation
With three major airports within the Washington DC metropolitan area, traveling to the Hyatt Regency Crystal City could not be easier.  Located less than a mile from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), our hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport daily from 5am - 12am. Washington DC is only minutes away via the Metro, the hotel's complimentary shuttle leaves the hotel every 15 minutes to the Crystal City Metro station.

Regency Ballroom
Our Regency Ballroom is adorned in shades of cabernet, mocha, and chocolate.  Urban chandeliers provide ample lighting as well as beveled mirrors and sconces creating a lavish feel and the perfect setting for your sophisticated event.  The 13,284 square foot ballroom can be used in its entirety for a 1,050 wedding.  The Regency Ballroom is an extremely versatile space with the ability to be divided into 6 separate rooms and each can be set in any given configuration for weddings of 100-1,000 guests.

Potomac Rooms

Ceremony Information
In order to better orchestrate your wedding inform your Event Sales Manager if you have selected a venue for the wedding ceremony or if you are considering the Hyatt Regency Crystal City for your wedding ceremony

Confirmation of Space and Deposits
An initial non-refundable deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) of estimated charges is required to confirm your date along with a signed contract
 
Guest Accommodations
A room block may be setup for guests attending your event at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City. Check in time is 3:00pm, and check out time is 12 noon. If you would like to setup a block of rooms, a minimum of ten guestrooms must be guaranteed or the prevailing hotel rate will be offered.
Welcome Packets and Gift Bags
The following prices apply to any gifts given out to your guests at the front desk or delivered to their guestrooms.

Final Payment
Final payment in the form of a cashier’s check money order, check credit card or cash is due at least ten (10) business days prior to the wedding date. Guarantee
A final guarantee is due by 11:00am three business days prior to your event. Once received this number may not be reduced. We will be prepared to serve 3% over the guaranteed number.

Security
Hyatt Regency Crystal City will not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left on the premises prior to or following your ceremony or reception. Should you wish to hire security services, suggestions are available through your wedding specialist. Please ensure someone from your wedding party secures any gifts left at your wedding. The hotel will not be responsible for gift removal. This includes all vendor equipment on property.
